AIR INDUSTRIAL PARK - Boyne City's 100-acre Air Industrial Park was built in 1985 by the City of Boyne City to develop and sustain consistent employment opportunities in the area. With Air Industrial Park East now at 80% capacity, the city has developed a 44-acre addition, Air Industrial Park West. The successful tenants range from an auto parts manufacturer and metal fabricator to a clothing warehouse and a professional graphic design and print shop.
