Wild Turkeys perform at season's final Gazebo concert Aug. 25 

The Wild TurkeysThe Wild Turkeys will travel from Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, to perform at the weekly Evenings at the final Evenings at the Gazebo concert of the summer at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 25, in Old City Park. This group of picking and grinning cowboys' fun stage presence and energetic sound has been called "Swamp-Stomp Country." Armed with fiddles, mandolin, guitar, bass, harmonica, a tin can percussive suitcase contraption, and melodic four-part harmonies, the Turkeys win over the hearts and ears of audiences everywhere. They were voted the "best looking and sounding new generation roots band at the 2008 Blissfest Festival." Bring your lawn chairs, and leave your dogs at home.  

Wednesday evenings through August, 6:30 to 8 p.m.
The Evenings at the Gazebo concert series is brought to you by the Boyne Area Chamber of Commerce, our generous sponsors and in-park donations made on the night of each performance. Bring your lawn chairs or blankets. Pets are not allowed.In case of rain, concerts will be held at an alternate location - check this website or call the chamber for details.
