1:30 - 2:15 - Lavender Fields Walking Meditation
2:30 - 3:30 - Return to Joy with Laughter Yoga
More Details: Open to all ages and ability levels, no previous yoga or meditation experience necessary. Bring any props or mats you will need for the morning class, extra equipment will also be made available. Afternoon classes do not require equipment. Pack a lunch and eat it among fields of lavender.
