We welcome you to join us at Lavender Hill Farm for a truly unique culinary dining experience. An evening filled with the finest of foods and atmosphere during peak bloom.
You will be seated at your own private pop-up table nestled throughout the property while enjoying an amazing 4 course fine dining lavender infused tapas menu and a delectable dessert created by the culinary artists at The Horton Bay General Store.
Bring a beverage of your choice, rest, relax, and watch the sunset over the rolling hills.
1st Course - Lemon Lavender Granita
A bright palate cleanser featuring lavender sugar
2nd Course - Garden Fresh Spinach Salad
Spinach salad, strawberries, and roasted almonds with a lavender poppyseed dressing highlighting lavender sugar.
3rd Course - Lavender Shortbread
Parmesan and lavender shortbread with roasted cherry tomatoes & feta featuring culinary lavender.
4th Course - Roast Provencal Chicken with Fingerling Potatoes
Boneless chicken breast featuring lavender herbs de Provence and varied fingerlings.
Chocolate lavender fudge with salted caramel, featuring culinary lavender.

Dinner tickets ($80.00 per person) are required for admittance and will be available for purchase online until 6 PM the Monday before the dinner or until sold out.
In the event of inclement weather dinner will be held inside of our event barn.
COST: $80 Per Person
AGES: 21 & Up - Photo ID will be required
PLEASE BRING: BYO any alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage of your choice. A bottled water will be served to each guest.
BEVERAGE PAIRINGS: The staff at The Horton Bay General Store would be happy to assist you with beverage pairings to compliment your dinner. Drinks can easily be picked up the evening of on your way to the farm. The General Store can be reached by calling 231-582-7827.
