Yoga increases strength, stability, and flexibility. It balances all the systems of the body with postures and connects you to the awareness of your breath. Modifications can be made for all levels no matter what your experience, beginner or established athlete. Participants are asked to bring their own mats.
Meets weekly. Limited to 10 spots available per week. This is a FREE class offered through the Boyne District Library.
