This ball-based Pilates class will challenge your body by helping to strengthen and build-up your core muscles. Abdominals, back, buttocks, and thighs are also focused on in this fun-filled class. This is for all levels. No prior experiences needed. Balls will be provided and participants are asked to bring their own mats.
