"Forest (or in this case Lavender Field) Bathing is inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku and has been scientifically proven to boost immune strength, reduce stress, and improve cognitive functioning. It offers more than physiological shifts; it offers people a space to connect deeply with the natural world and remember their interconnectedness with all life. Participants will immerse themselves in 2-hours of guided facilitation and enjoy in sharing a beverage of cool, crisp lavender tea at the end of the session.
