Join us for the ultimate Lavender Hill Farm Artisan Class Experience with the mixillation of learning and libations. If you have a love for lavender and a passion for cocktails this class is for you. We’re combining the best of both worlds into one amazing evening.
During this workshop, participants will start out the night with a welcome Lavender 75 cocktail and guided farm tour, the group will learn how we harvest lavender and how to distill essential oil and hydrosol. You will receive step-by-step guidance on the distillation process from start to finish. No downtime while our still is running, you'll switch up the night and learn the basics and background of Lavender Mojitos and a Lavender Old Fashion before ending the evening with the creation of a Lavender Summer Fling.
DETAILS: Each participant will receive a portion of pure lavender essential oil and hydrosol from the still run that evening as well as a bottled cocktail to take home. Light lavender refreshments and cookies will also be available to enjoy.
WHEN: July 15th & 29th from 6pm to 9pm. Classes are Roughly 3 Hours
COST: $110 per person.
REGISTRATION: Pre-registration is required as this class will sell out.
RESTRICTIONS: Ages 21 & Up. Please bring a valid photo ID with you to the class.

Upon arrival for your evening class please park in our horseshoe parking lot and meet in the Stillhouse where you will learn to create your first cocktail and start your farm tour
We do ask that you please arrive five to ten minutes prior to class start time to check in with your guide and so that we may begin our classes promptly at their start times.
