Join us at Lavender Hill Farm for an exciting evening at our Cocktail 101 Workshop. Learn how to prepare the most fabulous lavender cocktails for your next party with the guidance of expert bartender-mixologist Mike Dunlop. Guests will learn the bar basics, how to use simple syrups, and why bartenders create and make cocktails the way they do. Make your next gathering a breeze and wow your family & friends with creative new mixology tips and tricks. Participants will take home a batched cocktail recipe, a bottle of LHF simple syrup, and a bottled cocktail to go!
WHEN: 6:30-8 PM on July 1st
AGES: 21 & up. Guests must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid photo ID to participate.
COST: $50 per person. Cash or Check payments will be collected night of or Venmo payments can be made to @Michael-Dunlop-6

This class has a minimum and maximum attendance requirement so reserve your spot today! If participant minimum is not met one week prior, the workshop will be cancelled, and you will be notified by the instructor.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Mike Dunlop has been in the restaurant/bar industry for 15 years and is the owner operator of Mike’s Bar Catering. You can experience his expertise mixology skills firsthand at Cafe Sante, where he has honed his craft for the past 8 years. Mike has a vast knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails, and looks forward to incorporating lavender and sharing his passion with guests of Lavender Hill Farm.
