    The blessings of summer will fly by unless we take the time to stop and appreciate them. This is your opportunity to spend an intentional day connecting to breath, body, self, and nature. Slow down and appreciate the beauty that surrounds you. Through mindfulness practices we can cultivate the skills to appreciate the present moment, this presence is the best gift we can give ourselves and others. Mark you calendars, tell a friend, save the date!

    9:30 - 10:15 AM - Guided Seated Meditation & Breathwork
    10:30 - 12:00 AM - Gentle Yoga Flow
    1:30 - 2:15 PM - Lavender Fields Walking Meditation
    2:30 - 3:30 PM - Return to Joy with Laughter Yoga

    Open to all ages and ability levels, no previous yoga or meditation experience necessary. Bring any props or mats you will need for the morning class, extra equipment will also be made available. Afternoon classes do not require equipment. Pack a lunch to enjoy at the farm.
