ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: As a born and raised local who cherishes the small town that is continuing to grow, Aleece looks to provide variety. While she has been teaching yoga for four years, she has been practicing yoga for over 12. She actively seeks knowledge receiving certifications in multiple healing modalities for her clients. In class, she strives to offer a supported space where beginners can explore the sensations of yoga and advanced yogis can push their boundaries, all while asking everyone to truly experience the class without restrictions. She is excited to be at Lavender Hill Farm this summer to expand her teachings further into the community. Let us grow and breathe together!
A NOTE FROM RAQUEL: I have spent the last few summers at Lavender Hill Farm doing what I love – leading yoga classes surrounded by fresh air. For the duration of this upcoming summer season, though, I have an opportunity to go deeper into nature and seclusion than ever before at Alagnak Lodge in Alaska. As a continual student of life and yoga partitioner, I am beyond excited to unplug and unwind, gaining a closer connection to the wilderness of such a remote place. Aleece is a phenomenal yoga teacher, and I am excited for all of you to experience the confidence and charisma she brings to the mat.
Always my best,
