I recently completed my personal training through ISSA and have taught many style fitness classes including Zumba, Weight training, Better Backs Yoga, Cardio Interval variety classes, Barre, Power Barre, Spin, Stretch, Cardio drumming, HIIT, and Bootcamp. I have been given the blessing of being able to spend the past ten summers and much free time in the Charlevoix area, and I love being in northern Michigan and the beauty of our surroundings.
