    We are of the fastest growing vacation home services advisory services firms in Northern Michigan. Led by energetic, creative, and ambitious founder, Brook Walsh, we bring a passion to our business.
    We have an immediate opening for a full-time Reservations Manager.
    Position is based in Boyne City, Michigan with oversight of multiple Destination Residences properties. Current properties include:
    North Shore Inn
    Pointes North Inn
    Water Street Inn
    Destination Residences in Boyne Falls, Boyne City, Boyne Mountain Resort, Charlevoix, East Jordan, Harbor Springs, Petoskey, Traverse City
    What Your Will Be Responsible For:
    Setup and maintain all accounts for the property’s individual unit listings with a primary focus on property website and third party channels.
    Develop strong working relationships with third party market managers.
    Maximize room revenue, through product positioning, sales techniques, and personal interaction.
    Set up new units on website and distribution channels with descriptions, amenities, pictures, floor plans etc.
    Load and maintain content for online distribution channels, assuring rates and availability with the PMS System.
    Create unit production reports and recap monthly with the Revenue and Property Management teams; including revenue, online production, and conversion.
    Respond in a timely manner to all online vacation rental inquires submitted via e-mail from the vacation rental sites, and resort proprietary website.
    Manage content, rates and availability for other Online Travel Agency (OTA) channel sites as needed.
    Maintain or exceed monthly and quarterly sales production goals.
    Attain and maintain Superhost status for managed accounts.
    Share best practices with the residence community on rental channels.
    Utilize key revenue assessment metrics (i.e. AirDNA, Revintel, rate shopping reports, pace reports etc.) to identify areas of opportunity.
    Qualifications:
    Bachelor degree with hospitality and/or e-commerce specialization preferredor two+ years of experience in the pertinent departments, Revenue, Marketing, Reservations, inside sales, outside sales and/or guest services.
    Prefer a background in Sales or Business
    Prior hospitality experience preferred
    Compensation:
    $35,000 + Bonus. Employee (W2 position). Benefits include subsidized Priority Health insurance, Simple Individual Retirement Account (IRA) with company match, vacation and sick days. Company cell phone and computer.
