    SECRETARY

    Central Elementary School


    Deadline: January 22, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. (E.O.E.)


    Qualifications:

    Minimum of two (2) years of successful experience as a secretary, preferred
    High school diploma. College credits, preferred
    Excellent keyboarding, clerical, computer and communication skills
    Effective interpersonal skills and realize the importance of maintaining positive public relations with students, parents and staff
    Exhibit a pleasant, positive attitude and caring demeanor
    Demonstrate confidentiality in handling student and family information and ability to keep accurate records
    Demonstrate initiative and excellent work habits (attendance, punctuality, responsibility)
    Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education deems appropriate

    This position is 10 months @ 8 hours per day, starting at $12.70 per hour. Benefits included.
