Boyne City’s nationally award-winning Michigan Main Street/DDA Program is
seeking a leader to build on its success by taking our volunteer-driven organization to
the next level. Boyne is a thriving, four-season waterfront community with a
reputation for leadership, creativity and progress. Searching for: a strong supporter
of the DDA/Main Street Program, self-starter capable of working in independent
situations, able to work with a volunteer board to which he or she reports, diplomatic
and able to work with a wide variety of people, skilled communicator, an awareness
of historic preservation, highly organized, very adaptable and capable of fitting into
the community while also bringing new ideas and a fresh approach to the Main Street
process.

Previous Main Street, DDA, and economic development experience a plus.
