Berkshire Hathaway moves to new, larger office
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices-Michigan Real Estate has moved their Boyne City location from East Water Street to a new, larger office at 104 S. Lake Street, next to Charlevoix State Bank. The space was formerly occupied by Christie's North Harbor Real Estate.
"We needed more space and consider the new location prime for our long term commitment to promote Boyne Area Real Estate," said David Beek, Managing Associate Broker for the office. Berkshire's real estate holding company, Gold Coast Properties, purchased the building on July 30.
"It was time for us to increase our investment in Boyne City and our people," said Rik Lobenherz, President of the Northern Michigan Region of Berkshire Hathaway, headquartered in Charlevoix.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices-Michigan Real Estate has 9 offices and over 100 salespeople serving northern Michigan from Traverse City north.
