The Great Lakes Chamber Orchestra presents Messiah by Candlelight
Join us on Thursday, December 11th and Friday, December 12th for a cherished 23-year community holiday tradition as the Great Lakes Chamber Orchestra (GLCO) presents Handel’s masterpiece, Messiah. The performance will be at 7 p.m. on both nights at the Great Lakes Center for the Arts, 800 Bay Harbor Dr., Petoskey.
Set in the warm glow of candlelight, this beloved performance, directed by GLCO Conductor and Music Director Maestro Libor Ondras, offers a timeless message of hope, joy, and holiday spirit. The Great Lakes Chamber Orchestra Chorus led by Director André Strydom, will be joined by guest soloists Karen Beacom (Soprano), Martina Portychova (Alto), Eric Boylan (Tenor), and Jason Coffey (Baritone).
