The Watershed Council and other partners are requesting feedback on our work to protect Lake Charlevoix. We are planning green stormwater infrastructure (GSI) projects for the Lake Charlevoix area. Stormwater can carry pollutants like oil, fertilizers, pesticides, and road salt directly into the lake. This can harm water quality and affect recreation, fishing, and wildlife. GSI can protect Lake Charlevoix by helping stormwater soak into the ground before it reaches the lake. That’s why the Watershed Council and partners have teamed up to propose green stormwater infrastructure projects for the Lake Charlevoix area. But we need your help! We’ve got a website for residents, business owners, and government officials to vote on green infrastructure projects in the Boyne area. Visit https://arcg.is/ayCCi to vote on your favorite project. Thanks for your help in protecting the waters you love!
