Yoga increases strength, stability, and flexibility. It balances all the systems of the body with postures and connects you to the awareness of your breath. Modifications can be made for all levels no matter what your experience, beginner or established athlete. Participants are asked to bring their own mats.
Meets weekly with one session at Mondays at 10:30am and one session at Wednesdays at 4:30pm. Limited to 10 spots available per session. Please only sign-up for one session per week. Please sign-up only if you know you can attend this date or call us at 582-7861. If class registration is full, it might be worth dropping by to see if a spot opens up that morning.
