Halloween Parade

Come kick off trick-or-treat at the Halloween Parade.  Line-up is at 4:30 p.m. in front of CindiFranco's Cool Stuff on Lake Street.  At 4:45, the parade then goes from Cindy's, down Lake Street, turns right onto 100 block of  Water Street, and then turns right onto Park Street and ends at the Library, where the Fire Department hosts their haunted house in the Red Barn.
