Meditation is an effective tool for promoting wellness of body and mind - but how do you get started? There are hundreds of styles and techniques to choose from! This sampler course is designed as an introduction to a few ways of practicing meditation, with tips on how to include each in your daily life. Each night will provide an explanation, short movement practice, and meditation with focus on a particular method. Classes will be held at the studio on Monday nights: April 30th, May 7th, May 14th & May 21st from 7:15 - 8:00 p.m. The location of the studio is 101 River Street, the front part of Huntington National Bank. Everything you need will be provided, the only suggestion is to wear comfortable clothing.
