This FREE wellness weekend is for anyone experiencing life—skiers, non-skiers, literally everyone. We're here with tools that actually help, conversations that matter, and a community that gets it.

What's Happening

Mornings start with yoga and sound baths. Days are packed with workshops that give you actual tools—music therapy, art therapy, mindfulness, stuff you'll use when life gets chaotic. Afternoons? Hit the slopes, race the banked slalom, explore nature trails, or just breathe. Evenings wind down with community meals, a powerful film about mental health in the mountains, and silent auction announcements. We've got resource tables, a brand-new Zen Den for when you need to reset, and surprises we're not spoiling yet. This isn't just a weekend—it's proof there are many tracks to wellness, and yours is out there.

About Surf the Earth 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in honor of Ali Patrick, who believed "connection, connection, connection" could change the world. Ali died by suicide in October 2023, but her conversation continues. We believe connection heals and talking about mental health should be normal.
