The Walloon Lake Writer’s Retreat is offering a combination of inspiring workshops, intimate tours, and collaborative settings to work alongside other writers while enjoying the Lake views and luxury accommodations of Hotel Walloon.
As a nod to Walloon Lake’s most noted summer resident, Ernest Hemingway, Cristen Hemingway Jaynes (great granddaughter to Ernest Hemingway) will lead writing workshops and activities hosted throughout the weekend. She is the author of Ernest’s Way: An International Journey Through Hemingway's Life. Events will begin Friday evening and continue through Sunday early afternoon.
