March: Barrel Aged Spirits
Join Education Manager, Jenney Grant in our Boyne City Tasting Room to learn how to make cocktails with spirits that have aged in a Barrel. You will learn about whisky, Bourbon, Gins, Brandy and Aquavit and how Barrel aging creates some amazing flavors in cocktails.
In this hour long demonstrative class, you will be introduced to the spirits, ingredients, and techniques that will get you on track to making better drinks at home. Each guest will have the equivalent of 2 cocktails, as well as sample spirits. 21+
