MECHANICAL DESIGNER (CAD/CAM & CNC PROGRAMMING)

We’re looking for a skilled Mechanical Designer to join our team—someone who can bridge design and manufacturing through CAD/CAM and CNC programming.
This role focuses on:
• Creating detailed 2D/3D designs and models
• Developing and refining components for CNC machining
• Collaborating with our team to bring complex, custom parts to life
• Supporting production with accurate drawings, toolpaths, and technical documentation
At Van Dam, you’ll work on one-of-a-kind builds using advanced tools and in-house capabilities from concept through final execution.
A passion for boats, boating, or being on the water is preferred.
