Duties:

• Run Company-Generated Leads
• Work Collaboratively with Sales Management to Develop and Implement Appropriate Prospecting Strategies for Today's Modern Buyer
• Network and Build Relationships to Expand Business with New Clients
• Generate Sales by completing Prospecting and Marketing Activities set forth by Management
• Be an Enthusiastic Participant in the Custom Built Proven Process - Quarterbacking each Project from Concept through Completion
• This position will require the Ability to Go in Homes, Measure Rooms, and Create Detailed Budget Ranges for Potential Clients
• Represent the Company in a Professional and Positive Manner while Working to Increase Sales and Sales Potential
• Educate and Sell Company Products and Services to New and Existing Clients
•  

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of Sales Experience in any field, Construction, or Industrial Sales is a Plus
• Strong Negotiation Skills
• Able to Build and Maintain Relationships (Networking)
• Ability to Build Rapport with Clients
• Experience in Growing Market Share
• Must have a Tenacious Drive to Sell and the Ability to Problem-Solve
• Strong Mathematics and Computer Skills are Essential
• Strong Organizational Skills and Sales Tracking Abilities
• Strong Desire to Move Up Within the Company
• Able to Travel to Client/Prospect homes, Attend Events and Meetings in Person, Able to Lift 50 lbs.
